Inaccurate Time

Is it the right time?

Do you, or have you met with some people who intentionally makes their watches show an inaccurate time?

For example, the current time is 12.00pm, but their watches shown 12.05pm? What’s the reason for this?

I managed to talk to a friend who actually does this regularly. His reason is simple: If you set your watch five minutes early, it will give you the illusion that you’re already late than the actual time. This will, in return, hasten your current activities and you will managed to be on time in everything.

Does this makes any sense to you?
