My very own Jordan AF1 shoes…

I’ve finally managed to get myself a pair of the Air Force 1’s shoes (well, the blog’s title is all that but I still don’t have a pair to wear). The shoes is not basically all AF1, but a fusion of the Jordan 3 shoes and Air Force 1, and they called it Jordan Fusion 3.

Air Jordan Fusion 3 White/Fire Red-Cement-Black

According to Nike and jumpman23.com sites, the Fusion 3 came in several color schemes, but the white with elephant stripes in the only one available in Malaysia. Officially, of course. When I went to my usual Nike shop, it was on 40% discount and only available in my size. Couldn’t believe my eyes at first, but that’s the truth. Without much hesitation, I bought the shoes. At last, I’m a proud owner of both Jordan and Air Force 1’s shoes!

The shoes was officially dubbed “Air Jordan and Air Force 1: The Ultimate Collaboration”. It was further mentioned that “A rare opportunity to see these two titans, as “the best of both worlds”, unite as one. The Jordan brand is celebrating year 23 just as the Air Force 1 is coming off its 25th anniversary. As these two franchises join forces for the first time, this new visual expression is destined to become the ultimate statement for sneaker aficionados around the world“.

The vanguards of high performance and artistic expression has never been more united, but for every masterpiece, for every true expression of authentic merit, there are a dozen pretenders wanting a ticket to the dance. The result: an uncompromising path with access only authenticity can grant“.

Air Jordan

The shoe game stands upon yet another threshold of change and this is your opportunity to be a part of the change to come. The Air Jordan Franchise and the Air Force 1 are joining forces, ready to establish new precedents for the future. Pushing the limits of what’s possible. To rise above. Created, designed and developed just for you. Are you ready?”

That’s what it said on the specially created box.

Not looking forward to Raya…

Just got to know today that my leave for Raya has not been approved.

It seems that on the 23rd September (4th Raya), some training sessions will be conducted at my client’s place. I don’t know the real reason for them to pick that date for the trainings as the project is behind schedule anyway.

For the first time in my life, I’m only on leave for the mandatory two days public holidays. How sad.

Suasana di Perhentian Bas Jalan Duta

Teman dah lama tak pegi ke stesen bas Jalan Duta nih. Kalau nak dikirakan, ada la lebih 10 tahun. Itu pun dulu sebab hantar orang naik bas. Teman sendiri tak pernah naik bas dari sini. Suasana kat situ masih macam dulu jugak. Agak hiruk pikuk, macam pasar. Tapi bisingnya tak lah seteruk Puduraya, sebab kat sini “open air” punya stesen.

Ramainya orang...

Kalau ditengokkan, punya la banyak bas keluar masuk. Tak berhenti2. Punya banyak bas. Sampai sesak nafas teman kat situ sebab tersedut asap. Macam2 destinasi pulak bas2 tuh pegi. Sampaikan kampung teman kat Kuala Kangsar pun bas tuh sampai.

Semua nak naik bas nih...

Tapi pada pendapat teman, stesen bas Jalan Duta nih dah semakin sempit. Sampaikan tempat nak parkir kereta pun tak banyak. Samada parkir kat dalam stesen, ataupun kat luar stesen (silap2 kena saman plak).

Disamping itu, kurang kesesuaian plak buat stesen bas kat Jalan Duta. Segala2nya agak jauh. Tempatnya pun agak kecik. Takde ke tempat yang besar sket, dan kurang2 dekat dengan LRT ker? Perancangan kena la tepat. Jangan pakai tangkap muat aje. Takut nanti disebabkan kepentingan seseorang, perancangan langsung tak teliti. Kome2 senang la, kami2 yang kat bawah nih, macamana?

Fikir2kan lah, yek.

My new South Africa fridge magnet

Nice!

Nice!

What you see above is my newest addition to my fridge magnet collection, courtesy of my best of the best mate, Mabbutt. He went to South Africa recently on work related thingy (???) and got me this gem (hey Butt, you should do this regularly).

I need to buy a bigger fridge...

I need to buy a bigger fridge...

I’ve been a collector of fridge magnets ever since my first trip abroad, where I amassed a large amount of fridge magnets from every country that I’ve visited. The fridge magnets varies from the polyresin ones, wood, metal and titanium. I collected them all.

Therefore, I’m sending this message to all my readers out there. Wanna buy me things while you’re overseas? F-R-I-D-G-E  M-A-G-N-E-T!
