My brother-in-law decided to check out some houses in TTDI Jaya area (Laman Seri to be exact) yesterday and I decided to tag along. It has been some time since I last went on a house hunting spree kinda thing. So, since I’m not actually doing anything on Sunday and I’m already out and about, I said why not.
Laman Seri, Shah Alam
So we’re off to Laman Seri in section 13, which is situated across the Shah Alam Stadium and not far from Giant Shah Alam. The area is a gated community consisted of double-storey bungalows, three-storey semi-detached and two-storey semi-detached houses.
The houses are totally breathless, as the architectures are marvelous and beautiful. Prices are between RM1.3 million to RM1.9 million (maybe more for some houses with big gardens). The prices are totally out of my league, and I can only dream of owning one.
